Coxco was originally brought in for an estimate to replace our homes roof. We interviewed three separate companies for this job.We chose John Cox and Coxco. John was the only one to inspect the decking/plywood floor beneath the old shingles. He dealt directly with our insurance adjuster to win claim approval for total deck and shingle replacement, while our other two estimates werent concerned with the decking at all. What they estimated would take two days to complete, was actually done in one day. The quality of materials was what we agreed upon, 30 year shingles and radiant barrier decking (for the same price as what our insurance paid for regular plywood). The roofing crew was neat, efficient, and as unintrusive as a roofing crew can be – you cant hide hammer noise! Their foreman, George, returned the next day to replace some new flashing I wasnt too pleased with, much to my satisfaction, and as he had promised. Very little roofing debris has since been found in our landscape since completion.I would highly recommend John Cox and Coxco for roofing installation.
