Step 3: Selecting the Material
Your Coxco Roofing Service Representative will give you samples of actual materials, so you can make a choice you can be confident in. Choose from a wide variety of materials and manufactures from the best known names in the industry!
Step 5: Construction
- Before the project our team will go over protection of your home and the work that will be done according to Coxco Roofing guidelines and your special instructions
- Coxco Roofing crews are large enough to get most residential projects done in a timely fashion
- Our crews are highly trained and are evaluated on EVERY job
- Our Team will supervise the construction process to ensure the highest quality and all code requirements are met.
Step 7: Invoicing
- To ensure that you receive your funds from the insurance company, Coxco Roofing will assist you with providing an invoice to your insurance company.
- Coxco Roofing will also provide your mortgage company with any invoices if necessary.
- You will only be responsible for payment when funds are received from your insurance company or mortgage company
Step 2: Insurance Claim
- We help you call and file a claim if necessary
- We are trained to know more than what an adjuster knows.
- Our estimates are always approved by working within insurance price guidelines
- Knowing IC policies and procedures allows your repairs to get done quickly
- No out of pocket expense except for your deductible
Step 4: Delivery & Inventory of Material
- Materials are delivered prior to installation
- Materials are inventoried prior to the work beginning to ensure everything was delivered and installation can begin
- The crew will be scheduled and you will be notified in advance of your date of construction by the Coxco Roofing Project Management Team
Step 6: Final Inspection
Our Team will complete the Coxco Roofing 25pt. Roof Inspection We will ensure that all manufacturer and code requirements were strictly followed. Provide a copy of the 25pt. Inspection to you only after your full satisfaction!
Step 8: Finalizing Our Workmanship
Upon final payment you will receive:
- A Workmanship Warranty from Coxco Roofing
- All Manufacturer Warranties for installed products
- A Coxco Roofing Certificate of Completion.
